Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 warehouse staff daily, ensuring efficient task allocation and performance
- Implement safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards across all operations
- Manage inventory control systems, including cycle counts and reconciliation processes
- Coordinate shipping/receiving activities to maintain seamless supply chain flow
- Train and develop team members on equipment operation and best practices
- Generate performance reports and optimize warehouse layouts for maximum efficiency
- Resolve operational issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in fast-paced environments
- Proven leadership skills with team supervision background
- OSHA certification and strong knowledge of safety regulations
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (e.g., WMS, SAP)
- Forklift certification and experience operating warehouse equipment
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends as needed
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred
