Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Manage team of 15+ warehouse associates through scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Implement lean principles to optimize inventory accuracy and workflow efficiency
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and company protocols
- Coordinate with logistics team to maintain seamless supply chain operations
- Generate performance reports and recommend process improvements
- Resolve operational challenges and maintain a productive work environment
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervisory experience in distribution or manufacturing
- OSHA 30-Hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and inventory management software
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development experience
- Forklift certification and equipment operation knowledge
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends as needed
- Basic math and analytical skills for inventory reconciliation
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
