Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Manage and mentor a team of 15+ warehouse associates, fostering a culture of safety and productivity
- Implement inventory control systems to maintain 99.5% accuracy and minimize shrinkage
- Ensure strict OSHA compliance and maintain a hazard-free work environment
- Optimize workflow efficiency through continuous process improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with transportation teams for timely deliveries and dock scheduling
- Generate performance reports and KPIs for operational analysis
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse management experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training required
- Proven ability to lead teams and develop talent
- Advanced proficiency in WMS systems and inventory software
- Strong problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
