Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor 10-15 warehouse staff to ensure efficient daily operations
- Optimize inventory control systems and conduct regular cycle counts
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain accident-free workplace
- Coordinate with transportation teams for timely loading/unloading
- Manage warehouse equipment maintenance and forklift operations
- Generate performance reports and recommend process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience required
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Strong knowledge of WMS and inventory management systems
- Proven ability to lead diverse teams in high-volume environments
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
