Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor warehouse staff through daily operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain OSHA compliance and accident-free workplace
- Optimize inventory management systems using WMS software to minimize errors and maximize efficiency
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Coordinate with transportation teams to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on productivity, inventory levels, and operational metrics
- Address and resolve operational bottlenecks to meet daily KPIs
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse management experience with team leadership responsibilities
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and inventory management software
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration
- Forklift certification and experience with material handling equipment
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
