Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, and shipping operations
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse associates to ensure high performance and safety compliance
- Implement process improvements to optimize workflow, reduce costs, and enhance productivity
- Conduct regular inventory audits and maintain accurate inventory records using WMS systems
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety regulations and company policies
- Manage warehouse resources including equipment, materials, and staffing schedules
- Resolve operational issues promptly and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse management or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of leading teams and achieving operational KPIs
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control principles
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training preferred
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts) and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in logistics or supply chain preferred
