Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Train and mentor 8-12 team members on safety procedures and operational standards
- Implement inventory control systems to maintain 99.5% accuracy
- Optimize workflow efficiency using lean methodology principles
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe work environment
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless logistics execution
- Generate performance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience (entry-level with training welcome)
- Forklift certification (provided during training if needed)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Basic knowledge of inventory control processes
- Valid Hawaii driver's license
