Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and shipping activities
- Lead and motivate a team of 15-20 warehouse associates
- Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure OSHA compliance
- Optimize inventory management systems to minimize discrepancies
- Train staff on equipment operation and warehouse procedures
- Monitor productivity metrics and implement process improvements
- Coordinate with transportation teams for timely deliveries
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in WMS and inventory tracking software
- Forklift certification required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree a plus
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
