Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 warehouse associates across receiving, picking, and shipping operations
- Implement OSHA safety standards and maintain zero-accident culture
- Optimize inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation processes
- Train and mentor staff on equipment operation (forklift, pallet jacks) and workflows
- Coordinate with logistics team for seamless dock scheduling and carrier communication
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in productivity and waste reduction
- Generate performance reports for KPIs including order accuracy and throughput
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years warehouse experience (supervisory experience not required)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (training provided)
- Basic computer literacy with MS Office Suite
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
