Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution of goods.
- Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of warehouse associates to ensure high performance and safety standards.
- Implement and enforce strict safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock control procedures to minimize waste and shrinkage.
- Optimize workflow processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or inventory management is a plus but not mandatory due to our paid training.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams.
- Forklift certification is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
