Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Manage and mentor 15+ team members, ensuring performance and compliance
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain incident-free operations
- Optimize inventory control systems using WMS technology
- Coordinate with logistics partners to meet delivery deadlines
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance scheduling
- Generate performance reports and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in distribution/logistics
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety credentials
- Proficiency with WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and RF scanning
- Forklift certification and heavy equipment operation skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Excellent communication and team leadership capabilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
