Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of 15+ warehouse associates to achieve performance targets
- Implement and enforce OSHA safety protocols and maintain compliance with industry regulations
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to maximize efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Manage inventory control systems and conduct regular cycle counts to ensure accuracy
- Collaborate with transportation teams to coordinate seamless inbound/outbound logistics
- Generate performance reports and data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
- Resolve operational challenges and maintain high-quality standards across all workflows
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse management experience with proven team leadership
- OSHA 30-hour certification and thorough knowledge of safety regulations
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) and inventory management software
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret KPIs and drive process improvements
- Excellent communication skills with ability to train and motivate diverse teams
- Forklift certification and experience with warehouse automation technologies
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
- Experience implementing lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
