Responsibilities
- Supervise weekend warehouse operations and 8-person team
- Optimize inventory management and order fulfillment processes
- Ensure OSHA compliance and safety protocols implementation
- Coordinate with shipping/receiving departments for seamless workflow
- Train new staff on equipment operation (forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintenance reports
- Resolve operational issues with real-time problem-solving
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Flexible schedule availability (weekends + occasional weekdays)
- Pass background check and drug screening
