Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, and shipping
- Train and manage weekend crew of 5-8 associates
- Ensure OSHA compliance and safety protocols are followed
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS systems
- Conduct quality checks and resolve operational issues
- Coordinate with weekday teams for seamless handoffs
- Prepare weekend performance reports for management review
Qualifications
- 2+ years warehouse or logistics experience
- Supervisory or team lead experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Availability to work Friday-Sunday shifts (6 AM-6 PM)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
