Responsibilities
- Accurately sort, scan, and package customer orders according to quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment including scanners, forklifts, and conveyor systems
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock counting and cycle counting
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations while working in fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse efficiency
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational processes
- Support high-volume seasonal operations during peak demand periods
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for entire shifts
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Valid government-issued photo ID and ability to pass background check
