Responsibilities
- Load/unload trucks and organize inventory using pallet jacks/forklifts
- Inspect products for damage and maintain quality control standards
- Operate warehouse equipment safely per OSHA guidelines
- Manage inventory counts and update digital tracking systems
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and safety zones
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and procedures
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking and quality checks
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain free training)
- Reliable transportation to North KC industrial area
- Pass criminal background check and drug screening
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
