Responsibilities
- Sort, scan, and pack orders with precision using handheld scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after certification
- Manage inventory in real-time using Amazon's proprietary systems
- Maintain clean and organized work areas per safety protocols
- Meet productivity targets while maintaining quality standards
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams for efficient workflow
- Adhere to OSHA and Amazon safety guidelines at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for scanning systems
- Valid state ID or driver's license
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends during peak seasons
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
