Responsibilities
- Supervise 15-20 warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, ensuring timely dock-to-stock processes
- Implement lean principles to optimize space utilization and reduce operational costs
- Enforce OSHA compliance and maintain a zero-accident safety culture
- Manage inventory control systems, including cycle counts and discrepancy resolution
- Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams for seamless supply chain integration
- Generate performance reports and KPI dashboards for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced distribution environments
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety credentials
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and inventory management software
- Forklift certification and material handling equipment expertise
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Excellent communication abilities for cross-functional collaboration
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
