Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Manage and mentor a team of 15+ warehouse associates, providing training and performance feedback
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems to achieve 99.5% accuracy
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes for maximum efficiency
- Coordinate with transportation teams for timely order fulfillment
- Generate daily/weekly performance reports and operational metrics
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse management experience in logistics/supply chain
- Proven leadership skills with team management background
- Strong knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)
- Forklift certification and OSHA 10/30 training preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends as needed
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory software
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree a plus
