Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks, scanners, and conveyor systems (provided by Amazon)
- Sort, scan, and pack customer orders with precision
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock verification
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Perform routine equipment maintenance checks as trained
- Support facility cleanliness and organization initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer literacy for scanning systems training
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
- No prior warehouse experience required – equipment training provided
- Must lift up to 50 pounds regularly with proper techniques
- Valid government-issued photo ID required
