Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with 99.9% accuracy using handheld scanners.
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently, ensuring proper weight distribution.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspace at all times.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies immediately.
- Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a secure environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
- Valid Arizona Driver’s License (Class C) preferred.
