As a key member of our warehouse team, you will ensure the seamless flow of inventory, maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency. What You Will Do:
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with a 99.9% accuracy rate.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Conduct rigorous quality control checks on all incoming and outgoing merchandise.
- Maintain a pristine, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Load and unload freight trucks efficiently during peak and off-peak hours.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and stock rotation.

Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and stage merchandise for shipping and delivery.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, safely and efficiently.
- Conduct quality control checks on incoming and outgoing inventory to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Load and unload trucks in a timely manner.
- Assist in inventory management and cycle counting processes.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
