Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stage incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders according to pick tickets with 99% accuracy
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Maintain organized and safe warehouse environment per OSHA standards
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets
- Assist with loading/unloading of trucks using proper equipment
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ with reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk 8-10 hours per day
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks
- Willingness to work in temperature-controlled environment (60-75°F)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly with proper technique
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- High school diploma or GED preferred
