The Role:
As a Warehouse Associate, you will be the backbone of our daily operations. You will handle inventory, process orders, and ensure our clients receive their products accurately and on time.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory with high accuracy.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using handheld scanners.
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely.
- Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards.
- Report damaged goods and inventory discrepancies immediately.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Willingness to work in varying temperatures and environments.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Experience with warehouse software or barcode scanners is a plus but not required.
