Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and conduct cycle counts to ensure data integrity
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and responsibly
- Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments for damage and compliance with quality standards
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows and productivity
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain through company training
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends during peak seasons
- Positive attitude and collaborative spirit in a team-based environment
