Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and organize incoming inventory
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment safely
- Pick, pack, and stage orders with 99% accuracy
- Maintain clean, organized storage areas and workstations
- Conduct daily inventory counts and cycle counts
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout shift
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours in fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with clear communication abilities
- Reliable transportation and punctual work ethic
