Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stock inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with precision to meet daily targets
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely
- Maintain clean, organized, and compliant warehouse space
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits regularly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistical issues
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and inventory software knowledge
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
