Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/untract shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- Inspect and organize inventory in compliance with safety standards
- Pick and pack orders with precision and speed
- Maintain accurate inventory records via WMS systems
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and responsibly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Uphold 5S cleanliness and organization protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
