Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and quality control.
- Package and label goods for shipment, strictly adhering to safety protocols.
- Organize inventory in the warehouse to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track stock levels and order status.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets and strict deadlines.
- Perform regular cleaning and maintenance of warehouse equipment and areas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory counting and packaging.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required for all roles.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety standards.
