Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and powered industrial trucks to move, load, and unload materials efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation of all material movements
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety standards and company protocols at all times
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs promptly
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize workflow and meet production goals
- Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free work zones
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed during shift
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year of recent forklift operation experience in warehouse environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and documentation
- Reliable transportation to our Raleigh facility
- Availability to work Saturday/Sunday shifts (6 AM - 6 PM)
- Pre-employment background check and drug screen required
