Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials.
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections to ensure machinery is in proper working order.
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations and warehouse policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace.
- Assist with inventory management, scanning, and order accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA preferred).
- Ability to stand and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness.
- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting.
