Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and powered industrial trucks to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and maintain stock organization using warehouse management systems.
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area (5S standards).
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator with a valid license (Class A, B, or C).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Basic computer literacy for logging inventory.
