Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently.
- Perform routine pre-shift safety inspections and maintenance checks on all heavy machinery.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse floor to ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Verify inventory counts and accurately document stock movements and shipments.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and workflow goals.
Qualifications
- Valid and current forklift certification (OSHA compliant).
- Previous experience operating sit-down forklifts and stand-up forklifts.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) as required.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety protocols and procedures.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods in a warehouse setting.
