Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently drive forklifts (reach trucks, sit-down forklifts) to move, locate, set-up, and pull stock materials.
- Inventory Management: Accurately count and record stock movements using handheld scanners or WMS systems.
- Load and Unload: Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper weight distribution and securing cargo.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment to prevent accidents.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with warehouse supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- License: Forklift certification is a plus, but we offer training for no experience needed candidates who are eager to learn.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical labor.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and flexible shifts.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to focus on tasks and follow instructions precisely.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
