Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload palletized materials efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Inspect and perform daily safety checks on equipment, documenting any issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend shipping and receiving deadlines
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
- Organize and maintain clean, organized storage areas for optimal workflow
- Support special weekend projects and inventory counts as needed
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum 1 year experience operating warehouse equipment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Flexible availability for Saturday/Sunday shifts (5:00 AM - 1:30 PM)
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license preferred
- Pre-employment background check and drug screen required
