Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with 99.5% accuracy using RF scanners and pick-to-light systems
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain organized workstations and adhere to FIFO inventory rotation
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily throughput targets
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and contribute to 5S compliance
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation activities
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6am-4pm)
- Valid state ID and ability to pass pre-employment background check
- OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- High school diploma or equivalent required
