Responsibilities
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick products from the warehouse shelves using RF scanners and handheld devices, and pack them securely for shipment.
- Order Accuracy: Verify item quantities and descriptions against work orders to ensure 100% accuracy before shipment.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy by scanning barcodes and updating stock locations.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques and wearing personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Quality Control: Inspect items for damage and ensure packaging meets our high standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift supervisors and team members to maintain workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic and reading labels.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidates.
- Reliability: A history of consistent attendance and punctuality.
