Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately using RF scanners and voice-picking technology
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and electric carts safely
- Maintain organized inventory in climate-controlled 50,000 sq ft facility
- Perform quality checks on outgoing shipments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company protocols
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation tasks
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-hour shifts and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld devices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid government-issued photo ID and ability to pass background check
- Reliable transportation to DC warehouse location
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Willingness to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 2:30 PM)
