Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts with OSHA certification
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits with zero-tolerance for discrepancies
- Maintain 5S workplace organization and safety compliance protocols
- Load/untract trailers using proper material handling techniques
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve fulfillment bottlenecks
- Complete quality control checks on outgoing shipments
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse experience in fast-paced environments
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Proficiency with inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work overtime during peak seasons
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
