Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using handheld RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Verify product accuracy against pick lists and ensure proper labeling and packaging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently during designated shift hours.
- Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts as required.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve any discrepancies or issues immediately.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours).
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate warehouse equipment (wagons, pallet jacks).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with flexibility for overtime.
