Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately using RF scanners and digital systems
- Operate powered equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and documentation
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet weekend production targets
- Inspect products for quality and packaging integrity
- Optimize workflow for weekend shift efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn tech systems
- Reliable transportation to our Nashville facility
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
- Availability for Saturday/Sunday shifts (5 AM - 1 PM or 1 PM - 9 PM)
- Pass background check and drug screening
