As a Picker Packer, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain, ensuring that customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Pick merchandise from shelves and storage areas using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Package items securely using appropriate packing materials to ensure safe delivery.
- Label packages correctly with shipping information and barcodes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to comply with safety regulations.
- Inspect products for defects and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Load and unload trucks as needed to support daily operations.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Valid ID and eligibility to work in the United States.
