Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise from warehouse shelves according to customer orders and pick tickets.
- Inspect items for quality and damage before packaging.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, hand trucks, and barcode scanners.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and adheres to safety protocols.
- Label, bundle, and prepare products for shipping.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily and weekly productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic math skills to ensure order accuracy and proper inventory counts.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays as scheduled.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; willing to learn is a must.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse.
