As a Picker Packer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive their orders accurately and on time. We value hard work, integrity, and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Scan, pick, and pack merchandise from warehouse shelves accurately using handheld scanners.
- Verify order details and ensure proper packaging to prevent damage.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.
- Load and unload trucks as needed to support warehouse operations.
- Perform routine inventory checks and report discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate scanning equipment.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
