Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to packing slips and product labels.
- Inspect items for damage or defects before packing.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including pallet jacks and forklifts, safely and efficiently.
- Sort, organize, and restock inventory in designated storage areas.
- Ensure the workspace remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Reliable transportation to the facility.
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays as required.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to read order information clearly.
