Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain organized inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain clean, hazard-free workspaces
- Collaborate with team to meet weekend productivity targets while maintaining quality standards
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and cross-docking operations
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation activities
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn scanning technology
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid California Driver's License (for equipment operation training)
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Reliable transportation to our industrial park facility
