Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage merchandise for distribution using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Verify and maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts.
- Package and label products according to shipping guidelines and safety protocols.
- Ensure the warehouse facility remains clean, organized, and safe for all employees.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily and weekly productivity goals.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management software (WMS) efficiently.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Basic computer skills and ability to read labels and pick tickets.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail.
