Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners, in compliance with safety protocols.
- Load and unload trucks safely, ensuring cargo is secured properly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory checks to ensure stock accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize daily workflows and meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Forklift certification is preferred but not required (training available).
