Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping in compliance with company standards.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery as required.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and warehouse protocols to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Load Preparation: Efficiently load and unload trucks, ensuring proper documentation and handling of freight.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and free of debris to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50-70 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Reliability: Demonstrated history of punctuality and strong work ethic.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills to understand instructions and safety signage.
