Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately process customer orders, ensuring items are picked, packed, and shipped according to strict quality standards.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management software.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe by following all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets customer specifications.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to optimize workflow and resolve issues quickly.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or logistics environment is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work Weekend Shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Certification: Valid forklift certification is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and efficiency in order fulfillment.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
